POM Amsterdam is a vibrant and positive fashion brand for women, active throughout Europe. Since 2020, Seventury has managed their digital marketing—from brand awareness campaigns to performance media buying on Google and social. In 2025, CRM was added. Like many brands, POM experienced declining email open rates, lower engagement, and underwhelming SMS marketing results. They needed a more modern and effective CRM channel.

What did we do?

In 2025, Seventury introduced WhatsApp marketing via Hello Charles. By integrating this tool with Klaviyo and Shopify, we created automated flows for welcome messaging and data enrichment. Through social lead campaigns, we collected phone numbers to scale and personalize CRM efforts.
