Media Special categories of personal data and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore advise parents or guardians to be involved in their children’s online activities, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental or guardian consent. • Seventury also processes personal data where we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we require for our tax returns

Automated decision-making

Seventury does not make decisions based on automated processing regarding matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions taken by computer programmes or systems without human intervention (for example, by a Seventury employee).

How long do we retain personal data?

Seventury does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. If you decide to delete your account, we will also delete your personal data. Furthermore, with regard to data held by third parties, Seventury adheres to the retention periods agreed with those third parties.

Seventury shares your personal data with various third parties where this is necessary for the performance of the contract and to comply with any legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data. Seventury remains responsible for these processing activities. In addition, Seventury provides your personal data to other third parties. We do this only with your explicit consent.

Furthermore, with regard to data held by third parties, Seventury adheres to the retention periods agreed by those third parties.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation specified by you. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with your request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), your passport number and your Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Seventury takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised disclosure and unauthorised alteration.
